General Conditions:
For participation in training, the full amount due must be paid in advance.
If the trainee(s) participates only in part of the training, the trainee(s) will not be entitled to a refund of any part of the amount.
The Brain Training Company Limited will never be liable for more than the amount that is covered by the company’s liability insurance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the England and Wales.
The training is for educational purposes only and is not psychological or medical in nature.
Participation in the training takes place at the trainee’s own account and risk. The training offered by The Brain Training Company Limited may contain audio-visual stimulation. It may be unsuitable for anyone with a history of epilepsy who is known to be photo-sensitive, anyone with a mental disability or a psychiatric disorder to participate in the training using audio-visual stimulation. If the trainee has doubts about the medical consequences of his or her participation in training, the trainee should consult his/her own doctor before booking training.
No medical claims are made by The Brain Training Company Limited.
The Brain Training Company Limited retains copyright to all course content, materials and training methods, which may not be duplicated, replicated or reproduced in any form. To achieve a satisfactory result from this training you agree to adhere consistently and exactly to the practices and regime as recommended by your trainer. If you deviate from this advice, on-going support and training will cease immediately.
Refund Policy:
Training Courses / Coaching Services:
- Total fees payable 30 days before agreed date of training course
- 50% of total fee if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the course date.
- No refunds can be made within 30 days of the course date or at any date after the course.
- If you cannot attend the agreed training date, we will endeavour to find you another suitable date or you may elect someone to attend in your place. If this change is made within 30 days of your original date, an additional fee may be required to secure an alternative date.
Hardware Warranty:
The Brain Training Company Limited may provide hardware as part of a training arrangement. Any hardwareprovided is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from date of original purchase, on the terms stated herein. This warranty is between you the owner and the manufacturer. Should the hardware become inoperative within the one-year period, it will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer without charge. A fee for shipping may be charged.
This warranty does NOT cover: (a) shipping damage (b) damage caused by accidents or by other than normal use (c) all cords for or cables (d) wear and tear on carry case (e) damage resulting from incorrect cable connection (f) exposure to excessive static electricity (g) damage caused by any unauthorised person tampering with the hardware (h) incorrectly installing a battery or using an incorrect adapter / power supply.
