There are different ways that you can improve your mental game in sporting clays. This is broadly split into Training and Coaching.
Training = this is where you learn the skills to improve your mental performance. This is typically in person with me, Henry Hopking, over one or two days depending on your ability and programme.
Coaching = This is where I help you implement what you learnt in the training. This is done over a period of months and is done by phone and email. In this we work to review your progress of implementation. There are also options of video review and support in-person at major events which I attend.
